What about "boating accidents"?

Yes they might not believe it and they'll put me in prison anyway.

But they can't get my bitcoins. So in my mind, I still win lmao

But seriously: I don't want to hide myself. I would rather put up a fight than try to hide doing stuff which might have bad consequences if a government goes rogue.

But maybe that's my problem: I'm too naive or idealistic.

I just think if we have to hide, we already lost.

As @DarthCoin would say: Fuck governments, they are (or at least should be) servants. And we should act like that.

Human kind has never before experienced the invention of absolute digital scarcity.

Is that a Saylor quote?

And I am not sure how this is related to this thread. You mean because human kind has never experienced something like bitcoin before, we're blissfully unaware of the consequences?

reply

Michael Saylor's insight into the revolutionary nature of Bitcoin as the embodiment of absolute digital scarcity is nothing short of brilliant. The world is just beginning to grasp the profound implications of this invention, and the journey toward recognizing its true value is an exciting evolution.

do you not realize how valuable this kind of invention potentially is?

sometimes, i think i do but then i think that i know nothing. it's probably even more valuable than i think, haha

what does that mean? we'll lets see..
what do nations do when they really need something precious? do they go to war sometimes? some do. what do people do when they want something precious? do they kidnap people? some do etc
am I making any sense?

you are making sense

but how can we live in freedom if we always have to be afraid?

I always wonder how some Bitcoiners live their life in the open, eg. those shares their name, face, locations, even some shared faces of their kids etc

reply

Good protection I guess.

Or just good connections (= good protection)
