It's interesting to think how little we actually need:
- shelter - a simple place to live
- food & water
- living necessities: clothes, cleaning products
- laptop to work and learn
- like-minded people to talk
- Bitcoin

Well, knowledge certainly helps… but it requires practical application and opportunity as well (much like BTC itself).
On the medical specific; I know how to carry out a tracheotomy but could I do it on myself?

how about learning how to avoid needing any surgeries? 😳 I do understand what you mean! but I don't prefer doing any surgeries after my experience of trying three different methods for mole removal, curious to know?

I’m rather keen on emergency medicine and surgeries… almost as if my life depends on it. Can’t speak about other types.
