Blixt is a fully featured LND node which runs on Android.
Breez, Phoenix and Zeus are also running nodes on Android but a little less control and settings than Blixt offers.
The only downside to Blixt is it will require a bit more hands on management than Zeus, Breez or Phoenix.

Just use Blixt (full vanilla LND node) or Zeus (with built in LND node option, available only for beta testers, but soon to be released).
Also you have many other LN nodes for mobile: Breez, Electrum, Mutiny, Nayuta etc

You could use the mobile version of Electrum wallet, which includes its own, maybe?
