But that list doesn't have, as far as I could see, indication whether or not the service provides a Lightning Address.

Including also how to run your own LN Address server or use a federated server.

Very simple.

I used BridgeAddress, for convenience, easy to setup. Follow the instructions to add your DNS names and done, you start receiving to your node. You can have multiple addresses.
Yes, I have a private LN Address that goes to my umbrel node.
