But that list doesn't have, as far as I could see, indication whether or not the service provides a Lightning Address.

Very simple.
  1. Setup your domain DNS.
  2. Use one of the bridge servers (if you do not host it on your own node/server):
I used BridgeAddress, for convenience, easy to setup. Follow the instructions to add your DNS names and done, you start receiving to your node. You can have multiple addresses.
