the parsley with that strong cheese is like the essence of The Force 😂😂 I am sure you could find easily that type of cheese in Turkey. Is quite popular in that area. Ah and don't forget to put some olive oil on top.

Feta is not so strong as kneaded sheep cheese. But is good too. Are similar cheese, yes.
