So I looked into the latest big thing the thing in Israel, and wtf. It's a situation that police should be able to deal with. The bad Guys don't know what they are doing or what their goal is. I saw footage. A single police man could stop them.

My point is without war you are still going to have ppl thar raid and kidnap. The best defense here are cops or samurai if you will. And failing that you are armed yourself. Ain't noone coming to kidnap or raid in your area then. Too bad arming yourself is banned. And in this case it's just a matter of time until those societies are raided and pillaged as well.
