I would say to try to use as much as you can batching txs, use 1-to-1 or 1-to-many, empty the UTXOs. This require a good UTXO management that you did previously. I recommend to always use the 3 levels stash (hodl, cache, spend).
Yes, but is not yours. It doesn't belong to your set of keys.
Yes are quite some: Electrum, Zeus, Nunchuck, FullyNoded, Muun, Zap/BitBanana and many more. But I don't know why do you need that on a mobile. To open LN channels with taproot support?
Consider Segwit as the precursor of Taproot. Are not two different type of addresses or protocol instructions, but complimentary. Taproot couldn't be implemented without segwit.
Here is a good demonstration of Taproot

Yes, here: https://bitcoinops.org/en/topics/ptlc/
No idea, is too far to think about that. Let's focus into learning how to use what we already have and later see what could be improved.
Did you read all my guides about using LN to "clean" your sats? I wrote plenty

Is there any mobile wallet that allows the spender to manually craft the output ?

- It just feels cool to me to use the latest protocol upgrade
- Schnorr aggregation signature is also beneficial when opening/closing channels ( saving fee & disguising amongst crowd)
- I forgot to specify " wallet without full node ". I did some research and i feel like Blixt is the one that still actively being developed
- Mobile UX is just simple, i can carry it anywhere
Thanks for those guides you recommended to me. I'm gonna digest those slowly later on. Thank you again Darthcoin !

Yes, OBW/SBW, Bluewallet, Samourai, Nunchuck and any other that you could paste raw tx, where you previously could arrange it as you wish.
Thanks for those guides you recommended to me.
Are very good questions and I wish other "gurus" will jump in and say more about them. I tried to be more succinct in answering your questions, there's a lot of documentation out there, you need to read a lot.
I am strongly recommending you to read all the https://bitcoinops.org/ newsletters. Are very good and informative.
