I was watching this video on how the guy made the famous "money printer go BRRR" meme and around the 22 minute mark he mentioned that PhotoShop doesn't allow you to open images of bank notes.
I thought this was quite funny (by funny I mean disturbing) and worth sharing.
Imagine living in a world where the way to prevent people counterfeiting money is to force a software company to implement image detection features into the software. I've also read they use the same tech to detect explicit images displaying young people face. It never ceases to amaze me how much governments have infiltrated corporate sector.
If only we had a money that can be independently verified.
