I'm currently reading Saifedean's "Principles of Economics", wherein he makes the point that economists have portrayed "the trade-off between inflation and unemployment" as a scientific truth. However, as he shows with real world data, this is pseudo science driven by physics envy among economists. I'd like to learn more about the flawed "theories or laws" taught with utter confidence to our kids in schools via economics textbooks.
