Tether was getting dumped, but since Tether (via tether.to) is paying out 1:1 for USD, it has for the most part recovered.

FUD is making good money to few traders. Seeing firms buying USDt < 1$ on kraken, sell it for >= 1$ on finex or redeeming on http://tether.to for 1$.
