Not necessarily. Whenever I've posted a Nitter link the preview image was never automatically displayed.

I don't think everyone comes across at the same rate. Having him mention BTC as a universal currency can't be a bad thing. He's not a full convert or a maxi but that's not the end of the world. Just having him put it out there exposing people to the idea can only be a net benefit.
