Only just heard of Unsplash, or their own license, through you.

I'm guessing that although it says that you curated them, you're the photographer too. Nice job!

I'm certainly no professional, but to my eye they look great. My photographic observations, for what they are, are restricted as I've not got access to see the histograms. I'm guessing you shot RAW to get the max ability to edit the images to your liking. Naturally you, or unsplash, have stripped the EXIF data from your images to highten your privacy.

On a usage level I'm sure they'll be great for many the use on many Bitcoin sites - such as your own. I haven't looked at them all, or your own site properly - I've bookmarked them though and will try to explore further over the next few days.

I've got plenty of time on my hands and have lots of ideas for posts incubating. One of which is a further exploration/meditation on Bitcoin's representation.

Maybe I should escalate that particular 'piece' and give you a nudge when I've completed it. I feel it'd be better to involve others within a new post than attempt to discuss it too much in this backwater post here.
