Everyone do some meditation today. It can take you as little as a minute. Just sit or lie down with no distractions around you and breathe in deep slow 4 counts with your nose, breathe out through mouth for a 4 count. Repeat for a minute or two, until you reach 10 reps. Or 20 reps. You will feel noticeably different, it works for literally everyone, all races, all creeds. <3 Do not rush.
