Neither of both. Lesser one would be Chromium. Back in the days before Chrome existed, I liked Opera because the features they provided where more advanced than any other browser.
In the 2015 era, I noticed Opera developers quit and started a new browser Vivaldi. From this moment I switched to Vivaldi because the devs continue to improve and add new features. Personally, I like that passowrds are encrypted using zero knowledge to sync securely with mobile. I use tab stacks, workspaces, adblocking at the core. It's fast and private and you can install any extensions from the chrome ecosystem.
