Great find. I wasn't expecting it to be THIS small:

A zeptosecond is a trillionth of a billionth of a second.

That's a decimal point followed by 20 zeroes and a 1, and it looks like this:

0.000 000 000 000 000 000 001.

It gets way cooler: the charge on an electron is ~160 zeptocoulombs.

The realization that, as a species, we are now capable of moving energy deliberately around at the subatomic scale blows my mind.
