The deflationary shock, initiated by things like AI, in combination to the destruction of the consumer by rising costs of money won't let them any chance than introducing it to offer UBI. They will be trying it, but especially in the Eurozone there is no tech design and no internal stability to introduce it successfully. Nigeria is the menetekel they don't want to talk about...
