Most don't comprehend the free market. I'm tempted to say they don't understand incentives but they clearly do. They base taxation and regulations on removing incentives they dont like. Then they act shocked when there are consequences they didnt expect.
none of us alive today have ever lived with a free market, how are we expected to?
