LOL constitution.... what have to do constitution with a commercial contract? You have no idea what are you talking about.

I meant if it's legal for restaurants to not accept cash. In Europe retailers cannot refuse cash payments unless both parties have agreed to.

But again what have to do with constitution of a country? In which constitution you saw written that x currency is the legal tender on the territory of that country?
Maybe with the legal framework for commercial activities but that is totally another story.

Using these cards is practically going back to fiat. You are literally selling your BTC to these intermediaries (giving them your BTC) and also the merchants will never bother to take your BTC (and create that bitcoin circular economy) because you continue going to them with your fancy shity visa card full of worthless fiat.
For more we are using bitcoin as money in economy trading directly with merchants, stronger will be bitcoin.
For more we still keep using fiat (in any shape or form), we keep slavery in place. Please watch this amazing presentation by @jimmysong - Fiat delenda est and you will understand more.

I agree, these cards are just like fiat, but if my bank closes/freezes my account, i would have no way to pay for things, atleast with those Bitrefill "bitcoin debit cards" i can still use my money (bitcoin). So, they are temporary short-term solution, until we get mass adoption.
