What's amazing about all of this is that the government would rely on such a closed-source and unvetted software as Chainanalysis in the first place.
It reminds me of all those fake and biased "fact checkers", and "hate group" and "disinformation" lists that the government relies on to censor people.
Just goes to show: the way to get a government contract isn't to provide quality service, it's to

  2. Tell them the story they want to hear
