It's not surprising Zelensky thinks this way. The US State Department, MIC, and MSM are tarnishing anyone not in lockstep with their war propaganda as a Putin apologist at best and an outright traitor at worst.  Zelensky has merely drank from his own Kool Aid

This is yet another case of "if you're not on my side, then you are evil."

Zelensky is acting as if Musk owes loyally to Ukraine, despite Musk not being a citizen of Ukraine. It is undoubtedly a new thing for a state to demand loyalty from non-citizens in lands not occupied by that state.
