Lol I agree with you from a personal standpoint, I do set it to only fire once a month (fuck knows who elementor is determining that) to try and avoid pestering people, if I could do better exclusions somehow that you might know of, send it through i'm happy to mess around with it
Sadly, It is the method that most people sign up with, when compared to the one in the footer, so I'm torn about removing it, blame the 300 normies for filling it in
