Tough! I don't think we've existed long enough to know what's actually a big mistake yet.
The whole founder thing is a never ending series of mistakes and learning so it's hard to isolate one of those. Sometimes it's important you make a small mistake to learn how to avoid a bigger one.
While absolutely keeping my current crop, getting more founders as investors might have been advantageous.
While I always try, trying harder to socialize.
Most of the other stuff is life/lifestyle oriented (but work impacting).

Seeing both of these together, I'm reading 'socializing' as socializing on SN. I do think keeping the common touch might be one of SN's strengths. I'm always impressed by this.
