The fact that posting content costs money, is enough to avoid any blocking or muting. What's going to happen if someone is being an ass and starts porting shit? He/she spends all the money, the content doesn't get rewarded and gets buried down against the good content.
I really don't see the point of blocking when you have the payment to do that automatically for everyone.
Just like a boy wouldn't survive much, unless it spends lots of sats to post shit. There's always a cost for being an ass, and that's a good thing.
