Just run Bitcoin Core on a laptop.
Cheaper, simpler and more secure than any of the node bundles.
Unless you're running a lightning node (and 99% of people shouldn't bother -- get a non-custodial mobile wallet like Phoenix, Breez or Blixt for everyday payments), there's no need to keep your node online 24/7. After the initial chain sync, catching up is pretty swift.
Run decent coordinator software on there (e.g. Sparrow) and get a good hardware wallet (Coldcard, Seedsigner).
