Machankura is a custodial Bitcoin wallet with no functionality allowing you to trade/exhchange Bitcoin for currencies/crypto. It's similar to walletofsatoshi.com but with a USSD interface. It also have a web interface (web.machankura.com) for people who would prefer accessing the service via a website. An app is gonna be launched soon.
Since it doesn't do any trading/exchanging there's a hope to provide an ecosystem where users can barter their Bitcoin in return for goods and services. I think you may have seen the ability to buy airtime using Bitcoin? The aim is to have more goods/services available in each country.
With an Orange Piller program, orange pillers get a cut of the transaction fee gained from all the users they onboard. The service charges a transaction fee of 1% and the orange pillers get a split of this.
There are are plans for a few initiatives to promote the service across the entire African continent, to promote Bitcoin adoption and ensure financial freedom among the communities where internet connection is a great challenge.
