I highly doubt it, being breadline poor you have to be high time preference and the opportunity cost of riding vol is not going to fly, you either need savings to buffer or reliable cash flow and that's not a given
If BTC is generating working opportunities like people who can earn an income from remittance they couldn't otherwise get, trade labour or commodities for Bitcoin, sure that's a different story
I think Bitcoin was largely middle class driven for the most part and now its absorbing more rich people and redistributing income to those early adoptors who consume now or create businesses both which trickle down to the working poor
