IIRC I think I heard him say on a podcast that he doesn’t really want contributions. I don’t see any guidance on contributions in the readme, either.

k00b can probably attest to this, with too many contributions you end up spending more time reviewing than building, which isn’t for everybody.

You're right, he is not saying no to contributions. He was certainly complaining about reaching consensus via the BIP procedure. I guess when you run the project (Sparrow), your vote wins out pretty much every time haha
