Linxdot (made by the Linux mobile company https://www.fxtec.com/) Not exactly mesh, but they offer LoRaWAN and 5G hotspots designed for decentralised wireless infrastructure (long-fi). You can mine token Helium (Solana blockchain) while you cover your region (town according to them) with long-fi.
