Add "stickers" to another user's profile. In profile, show the top 3 most awarded stickers from others.
What does it solve? Instantly get an impression about what the rest of SN thinks of this user.
Would be a ₿adge of honor to have these on your profile (⚡ ₿ 🧡 💯, etc.) Suspects could be flagged by the community with 🤖 (AI bot) or 💩 (shitcoiner) or 👻 (spooky).
It's kinda like the outlaw feature, but purely cosmetic.

What prevents someone from creating a bunch of sockpuppet accounts and awarding themselves a bunch of whatever emojis they want.
What prevents someone from tipping puppets to keep their hat from blowing away?
Sybil fees. These cost monies?
Maybe you need to have tipped/stacked some threshold of sats before you can give stickers

but if it doesn't cost work, money, or reputation it will be abused.
Maybe the sticker "fades" and falls off after a while. Then at least you can convert sock puppets into monthly active users lol

If you actually use SN you already know the reputation of the users.
This is kinda like an alternative method of calculating the trust of a user, which SN already does for weighting zaps in determining content ranking.

the price of a usual post seems reasonable for MVP, treat it like a comment on the bio maybe
