retirement is the point at which you have full agency over your time .. that is you can choose precisely it is that you do without regard to generating immediate economic value
for some that's checking out and lying on a beach, for others it's finally doing what they're passionate about, for others it's exploring the world
It’s a shame that people wait for “retirement” to start doing what they are passionate about… and really sad too
