Just a few ideas:

  • get different plebs running their own NOSTR SN relays for different sub's
  • hosted SN channels on various LN wallets. Or NWC directly from your SN LN wallet for instant sent zaps

Not sure how practical these are. I like how it is at the moment BTW

Exactly that... I like it too, I mean the UX is so easy, the site load with any type of slow connection really easily. I'd not change the experience and design, the user will not feel the difference if not by addig few steps on the onboarding process:

  • connect lightning wallet (instead having a LNaddress provided by SN) to start posting collecting rewards
  • connect a nost account (that is already imolemented)
