What do you mean I don't need a cold storage ? Do you have any other recommendation ?

You don't need Hardware wallet for cold storage. It may be an old smartphone in flight mode.

Glacier is too overwhelming and in fact costly. But there are options in guides.

The last option I would consider.
Even outdated and insecure Trezor One looks better.
For really cold storage you may not need hardware wallet at all.
