I live in Miami and there are many vendors here that sell all sorts of things. I always offer to pay with Bitcoin first and help them download a Muun or a Phoenix wallet.

I stress the importance of backing it up so they can recover funds and how they were have the same amount of Satoshis in a few years but their purchasing power should increase as they save in bitcoin.

Then when I see them again in a few weeks or months I tip/pay them with more bitcoin and answer any questions they may have. If they seem into it then I invite them to bitcoin brunch so they can meet other Bitcoiners.
