It's a very broad category of things. It's basically any third-party service that makes it easier to run a lightning node/wallet. So a "full-service" LSP likely does everything that's possible to make it easier to run a lightning node.

I think this is the first end-user product shipment. They launched Slashtags but it's more so a protocol.

slashtags isnt launched. at least i haven’t seen an app for it yet. i think they are launching it as part of their wallet app soon though
