Ok, I think this is what you need. It seems it is the link that is generated in my notifications where there is a problem.

I see. This link is what you get from notifications: #232137
If you click 'view replies' underneath it it takes you to another page where you can reply, right? If you can reply on that page, then this is just a UX bug (a sucky one I'll admit). If you can't reply on that page then this is more serious ... but I can reply on that page.

I think you changed to "reply on another page." I think the UI was just really unintuitive, but makes more sense now. Seems it was just ui/ux and wasn't actually impossible for me to reply
