I'm in Frisco, and it's considered the most walkable city in the US. It's hilly which is a gift and curse. The frequent elevation changes make for an awesome electric biking experience. It's such a pleasure.
More walkable than living in Manhattan?, I doubt it...
SF is so hilly

It is hilly, but it doesn't have snow and ice on the ground for 3 months or more. It doesn't have the pedestrian or traffic density, but has everything within walking distance. It's full of parks and surrounded on 3 sides by water. It's similar to Manhattan, where I've lived before briefly. Manhattan has Central Park and zero highways running through the borough. They score close imo, but SF wins.
