The key to this policy is that the people choose the currency in which they transact. Most of us 'round here know the death of the dollar is inevitable, so it's key that the people have the freedom to transact in the best money available.

I'm Moving to Argentina to Teach About Bitcoin; Let's Talk About Javier Milei

I'm very uninformed but not misinformed on Argentina. For what its worth the biggest deal about this to me is that people are open to change and that includes bitcoin. This is a good thing. I have no idea what this guy is really about. Is he good or bad? I don't know. I don't live there so its none of my business anyway but I'm happy to see a person speaking truth about economics and bitcoin.
