I'm not sure you will ever see major sports integration until Visa/Mastercard etc end their league involvements and sponsorship.

@grayruby - have a thought for another discussion sometime that I thought about while driving. Was looking at how to DM you the idea directly, but couldnt so I'll just comment here.

Some of Baseball's would be all time greats and legends are now mired in scandal due to the rampant steroid use in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. Guys like Palmeiro/Bonds/Clemens/ARod/ and more, would have been first ballot hall of famers but are still waiting to see if they will ever be inducted. Occasionally, in other sports you will hear about players busted for PEDs, but its never seems to be presented as a systemic issue in other leagues like it was in baseball. I refuse to believe players in the 80s and 90s in the NBA or NFL didn't juice just as much.

So my questions for others are 1) why did all the heat come down on baseball only and not spread to examinations in other leagues (or am I just remembering incorrectly and it did). and 2) in other major sports (NBA/NFL/NHL) do you think any other legends of the game were juicing and why, and why didn't allegations hurt their hall of fame candidacy the way it does in MLB?
