I thought of that. There would have to be a way to move the conversation to a more private setting. These issues will eventually need to be resolved in many areas if bitcoin is to be used for day to day transactions. Even selling items involves revealing an address.

Well, it obviously just occurred to me and I haven't thought it out. That seems to be the same risk in all bnb transactions. I wouldn't rent out my home either way, but an investment property is another story.

I remember seeing something briefly, but would never rent my house to anyone on it unless the platform had the insurance and other various protections. We might have the remote locking figured out though for such an app:
