Expect the ads to get way worse, fewer rewards, higher posting fees, data harvesting and paid features. Investors want to see revenues (ideally above expenses) and SN likely wont get there without becoming more and more like Reddit.

People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it.

Yay ads! Your investors would say I'm a high value user for providing so much engagement on your "interruption as a service" platform.

Ads will be opt out (as specified in the above bounty), if we make more money you'll get more rewards, we have no plans to increase posting fees, and we will never "harvest data."

Our goal is to earn sats. If we can't survive doing that alone, then there's no reason for us to exist and we'll all have to go back to using whatever platform nullcount is projecting onto us instead.

Its not a true opt out if there are less rewards for doing so. Rather you're forcing a choice between two evils.

This is what the encroachment of capitalism looks like on social platforms. We've seen it before.

One can "Opt out" truly with a custom css to target ads and set visibility to none, and still get the reward.
