I'm also a happy GrapheneOS user.
I've been running it for about a year and it's been great. I've discovered many Open Source applications that make my life easier and I don't even need big tech any more. I don't even have the Google service compatibility layer(or anything related to it) installed.
You're way ahead of me. I'm also going the non google route. I am finding Obtanium really helpful. Please post any good software suggestions!

Android xposed was way early. I guess their privacy modules were amazing! Even before GrapheneOS. I still miss it!
