How does this differ from nostr? Is it solely for archiving and sharing already existing content?

eventually i think relays will become more and more like nodes in nostr, just makes sense
don't know if we need another protocol for this though
there's nothing new in decentralised space under the (centralised) sun since torrent p2p

We need something like Tor that has less issues than Tor. Especially to completely prevent IP tracking.
