So I'm wondering if he is referring to Coinbase Wallet to integrate lightning in a non custodial way, when he says that it's a "non trivial" issue which is indeed the case if you want to stay as user friendly as possible (I'm bullish on Blockstream Greenlight BTW, to bring a different way of doing user friendly non custodial LN compared to Phoenix and Breez)

Otherwise he is of very bad faith as it is indeed a trivial thing to implement for an exchange like Coinbase, see Bitfinex
