If these MASH guys can load their wallet app on your phone with just a hyperlink, why don’t all bitcoin and nostr apps (ie. Damus) do this and avoid the fascist App Store companies altogether?

Is it only because they get a boost from the network effect of being on the App Store? To me it seems like the equivalent of selling your soul to the devil when they force you to dumb down your product.

What am I missing?
