I use Amethyst and WoS. Yes, there isn't a whole lot of support for LNURL. The relays are pretty immature tech too, the whole thing is. But it's pretty amazing to watch - sophisticated and slick aren't everything. Simple can be far more amazing.
That's the route I went down in the end. WoS is very basic, but basic needs sometimes have basic solutions, why overcomplicate things.
