Is there some inclusive site with lightning tutorials?

It seems like there isn't any place with good novice, beginner to advanced lightning tutorials for newbies (like me) who want to learn?
I think such a thing would be a worthy opensource project to help spread lightning, and would be very possible to implement freely whether in a site with guided courses or just a plain old youtube channel with playlists.
What do you think? Am I missing something here, tutorials seem to be very lack luster quite frankly.

You should be comfortable with the underlying Bitcoin concepts like multisig wallets.

Unfortunately because it's the layer 2 of an already complex financial protocol (some say it's simple but there's a lot of specific domain knowledge in Bitcoin imo), you kind of need to be comfortable with the concepts of the L1 (Bitcoin).
