The question is rather if aliens exist within our observable universe
I'd state it differently. The question is whether there are aliens we could plausibly make contact with.
Anywhere in the universe? I'd say almost definitely. Here on Earth? No.

if you believe in math i think the numbers speak for themselves.
It's actually pretty easy to make "the numbers" give whichever answer you want, since we have no basis for most of the parameters in the estimate.
trillions upon trillions of stars. thats the math im talking about
with that many possible chances at life.
you are boudn to find more life on one of those trillions of planets. now are they intelligent/look like us. most likely not.
but some small microorganism that survives in the methane lakes of that one moon. possibly.
who knows, highly doubt any life outside our system would look anything like us.
id like to hear how the numbers say there is NO life.
