I've just released a weekend project, it's a simple and privacy friendly converter from sats/btc to other currencies, currently EUR, USD and GBP (if you want to add more, open a pr/issue in the repository). The idea is that it can be used as a web app, or integrated into any web page using iframes. The app uses the coingecko api and proxy for you to fetch the price.
