What attributes of a BTC company sell you on doing business with them?

I need to see transparency, first and foremost. Any signs of shadiness from CEOs, no matter how small, are big red flags.

Here's what I mean: look at that list. Take, for example, McDonald's which appears on it. Are they a bitcoin company? Or are they a fast food company that accepts bitcoin, because bitcoin is just a form of money?

In short, I don't expect anything different from them than I do from Burger King that accepts only fiat.
