Europe's auto industry has significantly shrunk compared to pre-pandemic times, according to recent production figures obtained by Handelsblatt. Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz alone produced over half a million fewer cars in their home continent from January to May 2023 than in the same period in 2019. According to the information service "Marklines," this represents a decline of almost 20 percent.

The decline because of the German government has been actively pursuing a transition to more sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation systems. The government has set ambitious targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote electric mobility. As a part of this effort, there are various policies and initiatives in place that aim to phase out internal combustion engines in favor of electric vehicles. If I m not mistaken the target year is 2035.

Hi, today the press is covering up anything of interest with the climate panic. They are literally using a heat wave in China to maintain the topic in the press. The WHO thing isn't even mentionable in the MSM. But there is a vulcano preparing its big eruption if You watch econ data closely. They could loose control over the narratives sooner than expected

When I was a kid we called "heat waves" summer and "cold waves", winter. And we were happy with "heat waves", summer, because it was a good time to go swim to the lake nearby.

Me too. It was back then that I also noticed that weather can change from day to day or week to week. Fascinating.
